 (306) 522-3030 Scott was born and raised in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. He received his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 1986. Before joining Gerrand Rath Johnson, Scott practiced criminal and civil litigation in Saskatoon and Vernon, BC. Scott joined the firm in November 2003 and became partner in 2005. Scott has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and before the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a former President of the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association and has been a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars. His civil litigation practice includes a focus on estate and professional negligence litigation, as well as environmental law. Scott also has expertise in pursuing and defending class action suits.
