Originally from Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, where he was born in 1948, Mark graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with an LL.B. in 1971. Following admission to the bar, he started practicing with Gerrand, Gerein & McLellan, the predecessor firm to Gerrand Mulatz and Gerrand Rath Johnson. Primarily, Mark services a number of small business clients as well as a number of larger institutional clients.
Mark is Past President of the Saskatchewan Gymnastics Association, Past Vice-President of the Canadian Gymnastics Federation, a Past Vice-President of Sask. Sport Inc. and Saskatchewan Lotteries, and a past Vice-President of the Regina 2005 Canada Summer Games Committee. He has served on a number of committees in these various organizations in a volunteer capacity.
